About Joshua Mansell

Drawn to real estate as a child who watched his dad buy and sell land in rural Oklahoma, Joshua Mansell started his career in real estate after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma. Throughout his childhood and his education, Joshua saw the opportunity to connect with people in his community and be involved in the ever-changing landscape of the city in which he lived.

 

Joshua builds strong client relationships and takes the time to understand what they really want and need in a purchase. He works diligently to remain knowledgeable and up-to-date with current market trends, and he is skilled at locating hidden gems for his buyers that might otherwise go unnoticed. Joshua enjoys assisting buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs in the various markets in and around the Dallas area.

 

Before moving to Texas, Joshua expanded his real estate business from Oklahoma to New York and New Jersey where he obtained an additional license after relocating with his wife to the East Coast. He spent three years working for one of the top brokers in New York City learning a tremendous amount every step of the way. Now living in the Dallas market for the last two years, Joshua enjoys exploring his new surroundings and learning all that Dallas has to offer. With a vast skillset and fresh eyes on the city, he brings a unique perspective to his clients.

 

Outside of the world of real estate, Joshua enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, daughter, and son. He loves playing golf and finding a new book to read. When given the opportunity, he and his wife love to travel with their children, enjoying the sights and sounds of different cities.
